Health2Works are a Health 2.0 consultancy and software development agency working exclusively with healthcare organisations. Their NHS 2.0 Accelerator project is a partnership between NHS North West and health2works focused on finding and introducing quick, low cost ways of using web and mobile phone technologies to benefit patients and clinicians.

We were asked by health2works to help facilitate a series of 7 brainstorming workshops with dozens of people who touch the NHS in one way or another - patients, doctors, nurses, customer experience specialist and finance directors. They were the sort of  free-flowing, brown paper and post-it sessions that we love, and over 250 ideas were generated! 

The original ideas have been turned into 28 draft proposals. We'll work with a group of part-time and independent  developers working on about a dozen propositions in a range of locations with a variety of customers. We'll try to keep a handle on the progress and keep them all busy with work.
