The Brief
When AstraZeneca needed specialist knowledge of IT systems governed by regulatory requirements, they called Grassroots Ideas. They needed a full solution to migrate data and decommission a legacy system.
The Solution
We developed the decommissioning and validation strategies and managed the project team during the process. Throughout the project we enjoyed a flexible relationship with AstraZeneca, which lowered their overall costs, whilst allowing us to continue work with our other clients.
The Outcome
By using Grassroots specialist knowledge we were able to eliminate the expensive charges that the application vendor would have levied. We even completed the project one month early - always nice!
